For successful applicants:
To confirm your participation in the program, please complete the following 2 procedures by 16:00(JST) June 15 (Mon).
 
1. Submit a signed copy of the “Pledge for Participating in UTokyo Pre-arrival JLP”:

     Due: by 16:00(JST) June 15 (Mon)

     The form for “Pledge for Participating in UTokyo Pre-arrival JLP”  will be sent out to successful applicants via email. Please print it out, and read it carefully. Then, sign at the end of the document, scan all the pages, and upload it to the link provided in the email.　

 
2. Make a Payment of Program fee:
    Due: by 16:00(JST) June 15 (Mon)
    An email titled “Confirmation of Acceptance” will be sent to your registered email address from the address < noreply@flywire.com > on the day of the result announcement. This email will contain a unique link for payment for the program fee for the specific course you have been accepted into. Please click on the link provided in the email to complete the payment of the program fee. 


 
Important Notes

  1. Failure to complete either procedure by 16:00 (JST) June 15 will result in loss of eligibility to enroll. 
  2. In the “Confirmation of Acceptance” email from <no-reply@flywire.com>, the invoice link expires after a certain period following the payment deadline. Once the link expires, the invoice cannot be accessed and payment cannot be made. Please complete the payment before the deadline. If needed, you may save the invoice for your records while it is still accessible.
  3. Depending on the payment option selected in Flywire, a handling charge may apply and must be borne by the applicant. Payment in Japanese yen (JPY) is not available. Please select a country or region corresponding to the currency you wish to use.  
  4.  Program fees are non-refundable, except in cases specified in the Pre-arrival Japanese Language Program for UTokyo Students (UTokyo Pre-arrival JLP) Terms and Conditions.
