Japanese Language Program

For current UTokyo members

The Japanese Language Education Division, Center for Global Education provides an opportunity to learn Japanese for international students and foreign researchers. There are a variety of courses offered.

For pre-arrival UTokyo students

We offer a program for those who have been accepted to study abroad at the University of Tokyo, allowing them to learn Japanese that they can use in their upcoming life in Japan.
