Applications are currently being accepted for the Pre-arrival Japanese Language Education Program for UTokyo Students, which is designed for students who have been admitted to study at UTokyo. Those who meet the required eligibility criteria can take online classes from the The Japanese Language Education Division of the Center for Global Education for a fee before arriving in Japan.

The application deadline for courses starting in the summer of 2026 (June-July) is Mon, June 1 at 8:00 AM (JST).
