Komaba Branch hosts orientation for new international students and Komaba I campus tour　

In September and October 2025, the Komaba Branch of the Center for Global Education held an orientation and student-led campus tour for new international students.

During the orientation, students received guidance on important aspects of life in Japan, an introduction to facilities on the Komaba campus, and information about evacuation sites in case of emergencies. To help the international students begin their university life with confidence, the session also included an introduction to the student-led group tutoring program.

Student guides conducted small-group tours of the campus in English. Recognizing the diverse nationalities of the participants, the guides used clear and simple English, emphasizing key terms to ensure understanding. The international students engaged with the guides actively, contributing to a lively and interactive atmosphere.

The Komaba Branch of GlobE will continue to provide support so that international students can feel secure and thrive on the Komaba Campus.
