Dialogue at UTokyo GlobE #3 “Explore Possibilities: How to Create Your Own Career Path”(Dr. Yoshiko Mito, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai)

We delivered Dialogue at UTokyo GlobE #3 on Thursday, October 19 on Komaba campus. The event was organized for students who had signed up for the Go Global Gateway program. This time, we invited Dr. Yoshiko Mito to give a talk on her own career path.
Dr. Mito is a UTokyo graduate and is currently working as Adjunct Assistant Professor at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York. She shared her college experiences at UTokyo and American institutions and explained about how she developed her academic and professional career in the United States. Her talk was followed by a Q&A session. Students who participated in this event asked Dr. Mito a lot about climbing up career ladders abroad and Dr. Mito kindly answered each question.

"Dialogue at UTokyo GlobE" is a series of talk events held as part of our global education initiative. We encourage students to obtain a global outlook through engaging in dialogues with internationally prominent leaders and experts in different fields.
