GlobE ISSR Holds Job Fairs to Bring Students Together with Global Companies

On January 19 and 20, 2026, the International Student Support Room hosted Job Fair I & II for International Students. On January 21, it also held an event called Link to the World: Exploring Your Career Path with Global Companies. The activities took place at the Center for Global Education’s Student Plaza on the Hongo Campus.

These job fairs are held every year to provide students with information about the job-hunting process as well as to help them design their own post-graduation career paths through direct interaction with companies.

At the booth sessions, students listened closely to the presentations by HR personnel and by employees who had recently graduated from UTokyo. Twenty-two global companies from Japan and abroad were represented, with a total of 201 international and local students participating over the three days.
