"Free Recycling Bazaar 2024 Autumn" Held! (Kashiwa Branch)

On Friday, October 4, 2024, the second "Free Recycling Bazaar" of the year was held at the Kashiwa Campus, warmly welcoming 64 new international students and researchers for a very successful event.

The bazaar was lively from the start, with participants chatting and selecting items with smiles, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. The raffle for popular items, a highlight of the event, brought cheers and applause as attendees won coveted items like home appliances and bicycles. Following the raffle, many enjoyed a relaxing tea and snacks corner, providing a chance for meaningful connections between participants.

This bazaar attracted a diverse group from 20 countries and regions. For many new international students, it offered a valuable opportunity to meet people beyond their departments, showcasing the diversity of Kashiwa Campus and introducing the activities of the Kashiwa Branch of the Center for Global Education.
