Event report: Activity report writing workshop in Komaba
2024.06.13
The Go Global Gateway (GGG) program delivered an Activity Report* Writing Workshops on June 5 (Wed) in Komaba campus. Dr. Sho Shimoyamada (Project Lecturer in charge of GGG, Center for Global Education) gave a short lecture on criteria for evaluating activity reports.
The lecture was followed by a report writing session. During the session, Dr. Shimoyamada gave immediate feedback on participants’ activity reports. All participants were able to have at least one activity report approved.
*An Activity Report is a short essay on the development of global competence. Students are encouraged to write it after participating in a variety of international activities (e.g., classes conducted in foreign languages, study abroad programs, interchange events) to reflect on what they have learned and achieved. Also, submitting activity reports and having them approved is one of the requirements for obtaining the certificate of GGG.
