For successful applicants

  1. Please refer to the linked document and complete all necessary procedures to confirm your participation in the program by 16:00 (Japan Standard Time) on Friday, April 10th.
  2. Applicants requiring a visa are strongly advised to complete the form as soon as possible, and no later than the deadline. Please be advised that obtaining a visa may take several weeks.
  3. Applicants who require flights and accommodation are advised to make the necessary arrangements as soon as possible. As Tokyo experiences high demand during the summer and accommodation prices generally increase, participants are encouraged to secure their lodging in a timely manner. Early-booking discounts may be available, and all reservations should be made at the participants’ own discretion.

Regrettably, due to the high number of applications exceeding the capacities of each program this year, we are unable to offer placement to some of you.
